This page sums up what we do with the photos you upload and the videos we create. You can find all the details in the Privacy policy.
Who processes them
The controller is the owner of Vidia named in the Legal notice. To create and review the videos we use Google's services, which act as processors.
What we use your photo for
Only to check that it follows the rules, to create the video you have bought and to handle your free redo. We do not use it for advertising, and neither Vidia nor Google uses it to train artificial intelligence models.
Automatic checking
An automated system reviews every photo and every instruction. If it rejects a video after payment, we refund your money and you can ask for a person to review the decision.
How long we keep it
If you do not go on to buy, we delete the photo after 14 days. If you buy, after 15 days. The video is available for 48 hours from delivery so you can download it, and then we delete it. You can ask us to delete them sooner whenever you like.
Photos of other people
You may only upload photos of adults who have given you their permission. That person can ask us at any time to delete their image and we will do so.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability of your data by writing to help@vidiaapp.com. If you are not satisfied with our reply, you can lodge a complaint with the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (Spanish Data Protection Agency).
