One free redo
If you are not happy with the result, you can ask us to redo your video once, free of charge, as long as you have not downloaded it and it is still available, that is, within 48 hours of delivery. We create it again with the same photo and the same settings. You ask for it with the Free redo button in My videos.
- The new video replaces the previous one. From the moment you ask for the redo, the previous video is no longer available and can no longer be watched or downloaded. The new one has its own 48 hours.
- If you download it, there is no redo. The free redo is for videos you have not downloaded yet. We remind you before you download.
- If the redo does not work out, you get the previous video back, available for at least another 24 hours, and you can try once more.
If it fails, we refund you
If your video cannot be generated because of a technical fault, is rejected by the check after payment or is not ready within 24 hours, we refund the amount for that video without you having to ask. The refund goes back to the same means of payment, and banks usually take between 3 and 10 days to show it.
Ready in minutes
Most videos are ready in a few minutes. We let you know by email as soon as yours is ready, and you have 48 hours to watch and download it.
Terms of this guarantee
- Guarantor. The owner of Vidia named in the Legal notice, whom you can write to at help@vidiaapp.com. With each order we email you this guarantee with the guarantor's name and address.
- What it covers. All videos bought on vidiaapp.com, including those in packs.
- Duration. The free redo, as long as the video is still available, which is 48 hours from delivery, and you have not downloaded it. The automatic refunds, as long as the video has not been delivered.
- Where it applies. In all the countries we sell to.
- How to claim it. The redo, from My videos. Refunds are automatic. For any questions, write to us at help@vidiaapp.com with your order number.
And the legal guarantee as well
This guarantee is an additional commitment and does not affect your statutory rights. If the video does not conform to what you bought, you are entitled, free of charge, to have us create it again and, if that is not possible, to a price reduction or a refund, for two years after delivery, as explained in the Terms of purchase.
