No. You buy just like in any online shop, including as a guest. We email you the link to your video, where you can watch and download it. If you like, you can also sign in to My videos with your email.

Usually a few minutes. We let you know by email as soon as it is ready. At times of high demand it may take a little longer.

Sharp, well lit photos without strong filters. For each effect we tell you which kind of photo works best. JPG, PNG or WEBP up to 8 MB are accepted.

Only if they are adults and you have their permission. We do not animate photos that show children or intimate images, and when you buy you confirm that you have the right to use the photo.

You have one free redo. You ask for it from your video's page before downloading it, within its 48 hours, and the new video replaces the previous one. AI does not always get it right the first time, which is why it is included in the price.

If the video cannot be generated or is not ready within 24 hours, we refund you automatically, without you having to write to us.

A 4 or 8 second MP4 video, vertical or horizontal and with sound, ready to upload to TikTok, Instagram or YouTube. First you see it in a preview with the Vidia logo and, when you download it, you get it without the logo.

48 hours from when we deliver it. On your video's page you can see how much time you have left. After that we delete it from our servers, so download it in time.

If you buy three effects at once, the cheapest one is free. It is applied automatically in the cart, with the same photo or with different photos.

We only use it to create your video, never for advertising or to train models. If you do not buy, we delete it after 14 days, and if you buy, after 15. The video is available for 48 hours and then we delete it. You can ask us to delete everything sooner whenever you like.

The video you download has no logos over the image. Only the preview you see before downloading it carries the Vidia logo. All videos also carry an invisible Google watermark, SynthID, and metadata indicating that they were generated with AI, as required by European rules. You can check this by uploading the video to the Gemini app.

Yes, always respecting the rights of the people and brands that appear in it. If you publish it and it could be mistaken for a real recording, state that it was made with AI.

Yes, as long as you have not opened or downloaded the video. When you pay, you ask us to start creating it straight away and you accept that the right of withdrawal ends when you open it, even in the preview, or download it. Until then, write to us with your order number and we will refund you. Also, if it fails we refund you automatically and, if you are not happy with it and have not downloaded it yet, we redo it for free.

By card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Shop Pay. The price you see is the final price, tax included.

For now, from any country in the European Union, the United Kingdom or the United States, with a billing address in one of them. If you pay with an address in another country, we cancel the order and refund you.

The video models we use generate 4 or 8 second clips in vertical or horizontal format. We would rather offer what works well than promise what does not.
